Sinatra: Stars in Your Eyes from 1935??
This morning I’ve seen two articles reference an Ebay auction for a 1935 Sinatra rendition of Stars in Your Eyes. Honestly, I have to think that someone has their facts mixed up because I don’t know any collectors who’ve heard of this one, which would have been recorded a full four years earlier than Sinatra’s previously acknowledge ‘first’ recording, Our Love.

Cal Neva Hotel Getting a Makeover
The Cal Neva resort, once partially owned by Frank Sinatra, and famously straddling the border between Nevada and California is getting a face lift.
The Cal Neva Resort Spa and Casino turned 80 this year and now awaits its first big facelift.
“[We want] to restore Cal Neva to yesteryear’s glory and tomorrow’s technology,” said the resort’s General Manager Josef Haas.
