Regarding the lawsuit by NBC Universal, I personally favor the suit as a means to make the whole affair strictly legal, and I hope that the courts will speed quickly to a fair judgment and find IN FAVOR of the worldwide consumer public. Frank appeared on many of the Dean Martin shows, including the very first in September 1965.
